Development Roadmap
We discussed the development roadmap for 2021 which included plenty of integrations, enhancements and improvements, and offered our clients the opportunity to prioritise upcoming developments.

Fan Factory power print on demand & product personalisation from manufacture to delivery worldwide, integrated into our ecommerce solution.
Their cloud based software offers a ‘Print on Demand’ solution allowing brands to test the market on a large selection of produts without the normal upfront costs. Fan Factory’s software enables consumers to edit in real time and see the finished product as they type or upload images.
There are a huge array of products that are available from t-shirts and tote bags to cushions and canvas prints. Benefits of the solution include full integration with your online store for one shopping basket, dropshipping & fulfillment options, a free design tool and analytics reporting.
Pay by Link is essentially a replacement for telephone or mail order transactions. Instead of having to take the customers card details and input them into your system, Pay by Link replaces this step. Pay by Link sets up the transaction and sends the details to the customer (via email, live chat, SMS or however you are communicating with them). The customer can then click on the link and complete the order which will go through the 3D Secure process. This functionality will be available to all our clubs using Optomany V3.
