The club has seen a significant increase in ticket sales, reaching their highest rate in 14 years, and an increase in average matchday attendance from 15,439 to 18,623.

By leveraging our CRM, retail, and outsourced marketing services along with the Power BI reporting system, we were able to identify key factors that could help enhance Bolton Wanderers’ customer reach. Our data-driven approach provided valuable insights that enabled the club to create tailored campaigns aimed at boosting season ticket sales through targeted email campaigns. By analysing various segments, such as previous match ticket purchasers and lapsed season ticket holders, the club was able to create personalised offers for their fan base.
