Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is the newest version of Google’s reporting platform which will be officially replacing the current Universal Analytics on 1 July 2023. Since the updated version of Google Analytics 4 is available now, we decided to make the transition as soon as possible to optimise data collection tracking and take advantage of GA4’s additional features.
The new and improved GA4 is designed to be future-proof and collect data with or without the use of cookies. Some of its other highlights are that it can sustain cross-domain and platform tracking as well as improved Customer Journey Tracking.
These added improvements are designed to help you gain more comprehensive insights into your customers’ behaviours which can improve the overall customer experience. Our clubs are being recommended to make these changes as soon as possible and we have provided a help guide in our knowledgebase.
