That’s another user group done! We shared our latest updates, and had guest speakers from Pennies, Rewards4 and Turnstile. We’re looking at having an in-person user group in October, so keep your eyes out for that!
Our user groups will:
Here is an update of what we discussed in August…
It’s fair to say we’ve been busy. Not only are we growing, welcoming 9 new clubs (including a number of esports teams) this year, but we also have over 50 integrations with more on the horizon.
During the user group we explained our changes to the support, projects and account management processes and discussed our plans for the future. We will continue to invest in our knowledge base (and our own internal training processes) and will begin hosting monthly training sessions.
There is plenty going in terms of development. In terms of integrations, we’re going live with Amex Pay By Bank Transfer, InCrowd, Hermes, Rebound and Humm shortly with Avalara, Nosto, Trustly and more coming soon.
We then had guest speakers from Pennies, Rewards4 and Turnstile who shared what they can offer to your retail store…
Pennies are an award winning fintech charity that provide retailers a digital version of the old collection tin and can be used to support your foundations or nominated charities. They currently support over 650 charities and have received 170 million donations, amounting to £28 million.
Our Pennies integration can be added in-store, online and in-app and with the integration already complete, it’s easy for us to add to your store, and completely free of charge.
Rewards4 are a rewards and loyalty operator working in sport since 2008 with the aim to engage with fans and help them save money on their next purchase with their club.
The Rewards4 platform has a points earning and redeeming feature, with fans able to join their clubs loyalty programme and collect points from purchases from the club, by engaging with the clubs online content and through the Rewards4 affiliate network of over 4000 retailers.
This all leads to a single point of redemption – the club shop – making their next purchase with you cheaper (even though you as the club get the full cash value of the points).
Rewarding your fans loyalty helps with retention, reactivation, and by increasing customer lifetime value.
Turnstile is a fully licenced drop-ship opportunity which enables the club to commercialise their kits and accessories as well as personalised products.
There are lots of unofficial personalised/retro products out there and the club should be able to commercialise this opportunity – by giving the fans official merchandise.
Turnstile have a growing product offering and the club has full control over the product listing. It’s all 100% official – your badge, your royalty.
All products are produced in the UK, and printed, packaged and distributed in the UK with no risk to the club, no stock holding and no financial commitment.
