It’s not the summer anybody was expecting, but it hasn’t stopped us keeping busy. The COVID pandemic has seen a number of changes in the way that we support and work with our clients and it has been a very busy time for us despite the early end to the season for a number of our clubs.
This year we have renewed contracts with 8 of our existing clients and have added 4 new clubs to the Jonas Sports roster.
With the focus and move to more on-line sales rather than store kit launches, we have seen a significant increase in traffic and orders. To date we have assisted with 12 kit launches with more scheduled in the coming weeks. To help with this, the support team are now mostly back in the office and to ensure we can continue to provide the very best service we welcome a new member to the support team, Hannah Miller.
Our marketing service has been particularly busy this year, with over 500 campaigns sent out on the behalf of our clients. These have helped to increase engagement and push updates, new kit launches and match streaming, in order to build the relationship with fans whilst they remain away from the stadium.
